Gabriel Prado
CEO & President
Gabriel Prado is the CEO & President of PraCon Global Investment Group. Mr. Prado has extensive experience in Real Estate, Investment Strategy, Private Equity, and Economic Development.
Mr. Prado has worked in the private and public sector enhancing new developments across different industries. Mr. Prado’s global exposure includes work in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.

Mr. Prado holds a master’s degree in Management from Harvard University Extension School, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Belhaven University. Previously he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration also from Belhaven University.

Mr. Prado follows a long family heritage of real estate development and business development. Mr. Prado has been the President and Chairman of the Board of the Latin American Business Association in Mississippi. He is also a board member of the Fondren Renaissance Foundation that oversees the redevelopment of the Fondren Neighborhood in Jackson, Mississippi. Mr. Prado was the recipient of the 2024 Economic Developer of the Year for the Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce and has been recognized as a Top 50 businessman for his generation in Mississippi, and as the Alumnus of the Year 2022 for Belhaven University.
Daniel Prado
Vice President of
Real Estate Development
Daniel Prado leads the team of Real Estate Development for PraCon Global Investment Group. He is an experienced bilingual developer with a successful track record working in the Real Estate Development and Management field.
As a realtor with eXp realty, he has always been ranked as a top producer in Real Estate transactions for the company in Mississippi. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Belhaven University, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting also from Belhaven University.
Tyler Throgmorton
Vice President of Acquisitions
Tyler Throgmorton is responsible for PraCon Global Investment Group’s acquisition endeavors as Vice President of Acquisitions. He has over 10 years of acquisitions experience with a proven track record of building development platforms.
Tyler has been involved in various other ventures which have led to experience in all aspects of acquisitions, sales, private equity, leasing, and development across all asset types. He is a graduate of Belhaven University with a master’s degree in Leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine.
Minor F. Buchanan, ESQ
Outside Legal Counsel
Minor Buchanan provides Outside Legal Counsel for PraCon Global Investment Group. He has over 40 years of experience as an attorney including thirty-six (36) cases on appeal to the Mississippi Supreme Court reflecting and illustrating substantial legal scholarship.
He has represented hundreds of corporate clients with extensive experience in litigated matters in State Court with equal concentration in Chancery and Circuit matters. He is a graduate of Jackson School of Law at Mississippi College, Doctor of Jurisprudence, and a graduate of University of Mississippi, Bachelor of Arts.
Rogelio Rodriguez
Senior Manager of Operations
Rogelio Rodriguez is the Manager of Operations for PraCon Global Investment Group. He is an experienced Manager of Operations across several industries such as marketing, hospitality, retail, construction, and real estate.
He is passionate about business innovation and implementation. Rogelio is a graduate of Belhaven University with a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
Jesús Prado Mejía
Managing Director of Latin America (LATAM), PraCon Global Investment Group
Jesús Prado Mejía is the Managing Director for Latin America Region at PraCon Global Investment Group. He has more than 30 years of international experience in government relations, trade, and investment, having successfully led teams at global companies throughout his career.
In his current role, he leads PraCon's expansion and consolidation strategy in the LATAM region, focusing on investments, acquisitions, and business development.
His deep understanding of the Latin American economic environment, combined with a strong global strategic vision, positions him as a key leader in executing the firm's corporate objectives in the region.
Jesús holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) and holds multiple certifications in key areas such as business, management, finance, and government procedures, from some of Mexico's most renowned universities.
